Job Responsibilities of a Relationship Manager

· Responsible for the entire gamut of lead management, sales and business development for the Region

· Client acquisition campaigns and lead generation

· Provide the market intelligence, data analytics and insights for the marketing team to launch the right promotional and customer communication initiatives

· Will be responsible for achieving targets in the designated areas

· Developing and maintaining of database & regular reporting & follow-ups

· Business Acumen good conceptual and analytical skills in Financial Space

· Fluency in English, Hindi, local language will be of an advantage.

REQUIREMENTS

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOU
No experience required, whatsoever.
Graduation in any field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Outgoing and ambitious personality
High energy levels, CONFIDENCE, drive and resilience.
Good computer knowledge, proficient at using the Internet, and demonstrable technical aptitude / inclination
Simply smart, hardworking, ambitious, and quick learning person

What you will do:

- Execute operational strategy for logistics, order fulfilment and customer service
- Collect and analyse business and performance metrics, including web, market and customer analytics
- Managing back-end of e-commerce platform
- Liaise with and manage suppliers and manufactures
- Research and present key industry metrics
- Identify new marketing channels and potential partnerships

The ideal candidate:
- 1+ year's experience in a relevant sector e.g E-commerce - Excited about developing and growing a business from its earliest stages
- Proficient in Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills; financial modelling skills are a plus
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Is highly organised, self-motivated and attentive to detail
